Return & Refund Policy for Teleone.pk

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Teleone.pk. If you are not entirely happy, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain products are subject to specific hygiene rules for health and safety reasons (see §4).

3. The Teleone.pk Guarantee – When We Pay for the Return
If we make a mistake—such as shipping the wrong product, a defective product, or an item that arrives damaged—we take full responsibility.

  • You can choose an instant replacement or a full refund.
  • We will arrange and pay for the return shipping.
  • Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned item.

How to notify us:
Email support@teleone.pk or WhatsApp 0300-0395620 within 24 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the outer package (showing the shipping label).
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Your order number and contact details.

4. “Change-of-Mind” Return – When You Pay for the Return
You may return unopened items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original Teleone.pk packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition.

Process:

  1. Email us at support@teleone.pk with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. State your reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  3. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving the RAN. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the box.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund (see §6).

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Any opened or used products.
  • Products with broken hygiene seals.
  • Gift cards or e-vouchers.
  • Items clearly marked in “Final Sale” or “No-Return” campaigns.

6. Refund Method & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The timing depends on your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • A restocking fee may be applied if the item is not returned with all original accessories and packaging.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are free if the error was on our part (§3).
  • For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay the return shipping, and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
  • The new item will be shipped only after we receive your return.
  • If the new item’s price differs, we will refund or charge you the balance.

8. How to Pack Your Return
To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Place the product in its original inner packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and freebies.
  • Use sufficient protective wrapping (e.g., bubble wrap).
  • Securely seal the box and clearly write the provided RAN on the outside.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected timeline:

  1. First, check with your bank or payment provider.
  2. If still unresolved, email us at support@teleone.pk with the subject “Refund Trace – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
    We will investigate and provide a trace ID for your inquiry.
