ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or shopping at Teleone.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the site immediately.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law to use this site. Users under the age of 18 may only use the site and make purchases under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

ACCOUNT ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your correct name, shipping address, mobile number, and email address when placing an order. Teleone.pk is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete data supplied by you.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavor to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to photographic lighting or manufacturer changes. Product descriptions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advice or a guarantee of specific results. Please use products as directed and discontinue use if any adverse reaction occurs.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices on Teleone.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers.
Any promotional codes must be entered at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY CHARGES
A flat-rate shipping fee of PKR 400 applies to orders nationwide.
Orders of PKR 4,000 or more (after discounts, before any COD handling fee) qualify for FREE delivery.
Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional surcharge, which will be clearly displayed to you at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES

  • Major Cities (e.g., Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi): 2-4 working days.
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3-6 working days.
  • Remote Areas: Up to 8 working days.
    “Working days” exclude Sundays and public holidays. Teleone.pk is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events such as strikes, floods, lockdowns, or courier service disruptions. Such delays do not entitle buyers to cancel the order or claim compensation.

TITLE & RISK
Legal ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service and the tracking status shows “Dispatched”.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) RULES
A COD handling fee of PKR 50 is added to every COD order below PKR 2,000.
Customers must keep the exact payable amount ready, as couriers may not carry change for amounts above PKR 5,000.
After two failed delivery attempts (due to recipient absence, switched-off phone, or inaccessible address), the parcel will be returned to us. A re-delivery charge of PKR 400 will apply if you still wish to receive the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel unpaid orders at any time before they are dispatched.
Paid orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have entered the packing process and cannot be cancelled.
Teleone.pk reserves the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or shipping restrictions apply.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site—including logos, images, product descriptions, videos, and graphics—is the property of Teleone.pk or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan. Reproduction without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy site content or pricing.
  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews.
  • Upload viruses or any other malicious code.
  • Engage in any form of fraudulent payment activity.
    A breach of these conduct rules may lead to immediate account termination and legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Teleone.pk’s maximum aggregate liability for any claim relating to a single order shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Teleone.pk, its directors, employees, and suppliers harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third party.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

AMENDMENTS
Teleone.pk reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the website for a period of 30 days.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
